This is a cogent and eloquent description of the dusty snow problem, BLM's complicity in the problem and a solution to the problem. However, it's always shocking to be reminded that such basic and important things hang the ever equivocating congressional wind. And so we must participate in politics if only nudge our "leaders" in the best direction.
I also really enjoyed the presenter's voice and enunciation. Thanks!
